Job Responsibilities:
  • Primarily responsible for representing Cresco Markets and promoting our corporate services
  • Prospect potential customers in the assigned geographic coverage or sectors
  • Identify opportunities by contacting businesses or individuals and qualifying leads
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies, tactics and plans
  • Implement marketing campaigns, follow up and manage leads generated from marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for increasing sales through deploying own channels, building own accounts and identifying new customers
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree with relevant sales experience
  • Strong interest in leads acquisition and management
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proactive, self-starter and effective stakeholders management
  • Customer oriented with the ability to not only start business relationships, but to have the drive, attitude and ability to maintain and grow them
Job Responsibilities:
  • Offers the opportunity to gain exposure and build knowledge in various types of transactions and work areas
  • Participate and develop your breadth of knowledge in various areas:
  1.  Transactional and Investment matters (including planning, coordination, preparation and execution)
  2.  Corporate Secretarial matters (including preparation for shareholders and directors meetings and other internal and external meetings with stakeholders)
  3.  Sales and Marketing (including business development and marketing initiatives)
  4. Operations Management (including liasing with various stakeholders/vendors)
  5.  Client Management (including liasing and being the point of contact for various projects)
  • Provide job rotations to offer you with opportunities for accelerated learning and skills acquisition
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
  • Possess (or expect to graduate with) degree, in any discipline
  • Has less than 1 year of working experience
  • Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt easily and apply new concepts in any scenarios
  • Meticulous and has a positive attitude
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Being fluent (written or spoken) in a second language is advantageous
